can somebody suggest me, is the sauna belt for belly and fat reducer helpful for at-least 20% positive result?

Hi aamar it a total waste of your money i have used it and wasted over Rs 2000 on it , were as is not even worth Rs 2. If you are seriously looking at loosing weight then you will have to work out and eat right .4 km of walking will not burn any more than 130 calories, at that rate it will you over 3 months to loose on kg of fat as one kg of fat has over 7000 calories. i think my personal experience might help you in your quest to loose your weight. i was about a 115 kgs till about two months back, now i weigh 93 kgs. I personal was not very comfortable going to a gym because of my weight, and tired a whole lot of stupid stuff to get back into shape, with every time i failed i felt more discouraged.
