What are the best exercises for belly fat?

What are some good exercises for belly fat, especially if you want a flatter stomach speedily?

I like to do crunches to tone my muscles. To get rid of belly fat and to make it flatter, I would run at least 1 mil per day. By this time, you should be able to see some results after a week or so. Another alternative would be supplements to keep your physical shape the way you want it to be. This is what I do to help me keep in shape when I don’t have time to excercise.
