3 Stomach Flattening Exercises
How can I flatten my stomach by the end of May?
Hi, I’m a 14 year old girl and I weigh roughly around 120 pounds. My arms are thin, but my stomach has a pooch when I sit and really just all the time. It makes me self conscious when I have P.E. in school because all of the other girls have 4-packs or flat stomachs. Also, my thighs are kind of flabby and my calves aren’t too bad, but they could use some muscle. I’m looking to completely flatten my stomach, and tone and build muscle on my legs.
These are the materials I have:
Bike
Jump rope
Trampoline
Ab Lounge
Scooter
I’ve started to ride my bike with my mom every night on a 3 mile track. What is a good exercise plan that I could follow to get my flatter stomach by the end of school? I won’t be able to buy any new foods or equipment so I will have to make due with what I have.
