A Little Belly Fat

a little belly fat

What’s a good exercise to do to lose the little belly fat i have left?

A year ago I started heavily working out, and over that time I lost around 50-60 pounds. But there’s still some annoying fat around my belly, and it sucks because I do a lot of crunches and I think I could have really good abs if I lost this little extra fat. Does anybody know any good exercises to target this lower abdominal area?

sometimes before you can loose fat in a certain area of your body you must loose significatn ammounts of fat in all other areas of your body. This is probably the case with you and your belly fat. Belly fat is a problematic area for manny people. I would just continue to try and loose fat by cardo dieting, ect and the fat around your mid section will probably start to come off. Continue with your cruches and sit ups. If you have a membership to a gym you may want to find out if they have a core strengthening or platies class. This will definatly help strengthen your ab muscles and help tone up your tummy.
