belly fat weight loss tips
I need some weight loss tips/exercises..good health plan ideas or recipes also would be helpful!?
I have a lot of belly fat. I have never been very good at exercises but I think it’s time to take control of this situation and do something good for myself. Does anyone have some tips of good exercises that I can do at home that will shed some pounds. Are you supposed to lose the weight first and then tone up? Any tips would be helpful. Also any recipes would be helpful that are healthy foods. Thank you!
