burn belly fat fast
what activity can help you burn belly fat faster?
Im not really what you say obese,but i would like to burn some fat.i was thinking what would be better,running/jogging or riding a bike? and even though i don’t want to go on a strict diet i have quit eating chips,candy and i only drink pure water(Does that help still?)
and one last thing i have also been doing crunches for couple of days but ive been told it doesn’t help burn fat,it just tightens your muscles.Is it true?
