Strange question about excess belly fat?

If a woman had a round belly, and small boobs, can she get liposuction on her stomach and have the fat inserted into her breasts? Rather than silicone?

No i don’t think that works only because fat will redistribute and not hold it’s shape. if it’s in a casing like sillicone it will break down and rot….sillicone won’t.
