Simple exercise to lose belly fat, muffin top and love handles?

The best things you can do to lose weight around your stomach are;

- Raise your heart and respiration rates (cardiovascular exercise; walking, swimming, bicycling)
- Lower caloric intake (eating fewer calories)
- Lower fat/sugar intake (focus on foods with high fiber, protein, and carbohydrate counts, but low fat/sugar counts)
- Drink plenty of fluids (again, avoid drinks with sugars)

For men, we primarily store fat around the stomach, whereas women primarily store around the hips. If you’re trying to lose fat from these areas, it’s going to be the last thing to go. Keep working at it, and don’t cut corners. It takes time, and lots of really hard work, but you will eventually see the results if you stick with it.
