How to lose belly and upper body fat?

Alot of fat in the belly I can hold it all with my fist…ok sorry for that.
I got moobs which I would like to get rid of, of now you get the picture. Im 17, 5′7″ 67 kg.

I know you cant spot train, so my question should be: How do I lose FAT?

cardio! its the easiest and cheapest way to burn fat. but when you go the gym or out for a jog, don’t just stick to the ‘fat-burning range,’ which requires a lower heart-rate than the ‘cardio workout range,’ because while you burn a greater PERCENTAGE of fat in the fat-burning range, you still burn more calories the harder you run.
just exercise regularly and make sure to change your diet: cut out junk food, drink lots of water, stick to natural sugars, eat raw veggies, etc. it’s also useful to change the way you eat. instead of three big meals, break it down into smaller, more frequent meals and snack healthy! it keeps the metabolism going.
