will running really help you lose your belly and thigh fat?
I really don’t believe this because I run a mile 3 times a week and no results. Can somebody tell me the proper way to run to lose my belly and thigh fat. What do I have to do?
I’m not sure how long you’ve been practicing this routine but it takes a while to lose weight and you aren’t going to notice any results until a few weeks of repetitive working out.
Remember, running breaks down muscles. That’s why when you see runners, most of them look very slim and not very muscular. So, in the beginning you’re probably losing more muslce than fat, so just keep working at it, and eventually you’re stomach and thigh fat will be gone.
Maybe try doing leg lifts and squats, and keep running of course.
