Vegetables that Can Reduce Belly Fat

vegetables that can reduce belly fat

exercised for 3 months but still didnt lose my lower belly fat?

I’ve been exercising for 3 months, running on the treadmill for 25 minutes everyday, eating plenty of vegetables/fruits/meat and no soda, just a good diet, yet my lower belly fat didnt even reduce one bit, my lower belly fat is small but it’s still annoying that theres a little pouch there, does anyone know what i did wrong and what i can do to remove this easier?
i didnt have this fat before, and i think i got it from eating a shitload of fastfood

Good on you for staying healthy!

If you’re a man, I can’t help.
But if you’re a women, I’m hear to bring bad news. There is little you can do; it may never go away. All woman have that extra layer of fat, it’s for protection (of the ovaries, I assume?). You can’t get rid of it. Keep in mind: it’s natural and almost everyone else has one too. :)

Edit: If you’re sure it’s new, then I would suggest reverse crunches, as they are meant to firm up the muscles of the lower stomach.
Sorry I can’t help more!
