belly fat and heart attack

belly fat help please :?

I weigh about 130 pounds which is about where i should be(5′7 female.) i have really good abs underneath my inch of belly fat.
and i dont like that stupid extra layer of stuff.
i cant really run or do any of that cuz i have really bad knees and i start wheezing and cant breath. and its no good.
i do crunches and different exercises to target my abs almost every day, and i try to do cardio (to no avail) but i dont exactly know what i can do (without hurting myself) that can help to lessen the gelatinous look of my belly.

any suggestions please? my endurance sucks, so im looking for some sort of exercise that will get my heart rate up and help me with reducing body fat without giving me a heart attack. thank you :)
lol never said i was fat.
just wanted more defined abs.
i eat very healthy take vitamins and take overall good care of my body.

cut down drastically on carbs and bad sugar and do yoga and drink plenty of water.
