Belly Fat And Weight Loss

belly fat and weight loss

Belly fat/adderall/weight loss?

I have been on a steady work out/diet plan for over a year now and have lost over 20 pounds. I am 5′4 and weigh around 133 right now. I work out 1-2 hours 6 days a week to try to lose the last 5 pounds and get rid of my love handles and stomach fat (my legs, back and arms look great!)

I recently started taking adderall for add and have heard that it aids in weight loss, I am afraid that the weight loss assistance from the drug will be unhealthy, and don’t want to lose the muscle I have already gained.

Will the adderall help get rid of the belly fat or just make me lose muscle mass? Before taking the drug I was eating around 1600 calories a day, because I work out a lot, but am having problems forcing myself to eat over 1000.

Any experience from past adderall users? Or any tips on losing the last 5 pounds in a healthy manner?

Try cutting refined sugars out of your diet completely ( most processed foods are loaded with sugar ) with the abscence of sugars your body will have to use up fat reserves ( love handles and belly fat ) increase your protein intake and you should not only lose those love handles but your whole body will become more “ripped” and toned.
Well done for losing so much already and good luck with that last 5lb’s. I wish I could practise what I preach lol.
