Goldfish occasionally floats belly up…but seems otherwise healthy?

Got a fat bellied goldfish here that seems to enjoy floating belly up. Does so some of the time, and seems to be unable to right itself. Any ideas as to why? And how to cure the poor lil fella?

Seems like a swim bladder problem. Feed the kernels of boiled green peas. Maintain good water conditions. i.e. aeration, filtration, ammonia levels, aqarium salt. If you have an antibiotic, mix a teeny bit of it with flake food to make a paste and feed that too. Goodluck!
