What are some foods/recipes that are good for losing belly fat?

I’m a 27 year old mom of 2. I’m exercising regularly, but I can’t seem to lose the weight around the middle. Any suggestions regarding healthy recipes or foods are welcome. You could mention exercises too, I need all the help I can get. We have a 10 year reunion coming up in October, and I want to make some life changes. Thanks!

I joined the Self.com challenge. It is FREE (believe it or not) and it has helped me get on track. It has great tips on eating right and exercising properly. It also has tools such as tracking your caloric intake and calculating how much exercising you’ve done week to week. Try it, It is great! I have lost 15 lbs!

I just have been changing my eating habits. I eat salad, veggies, whole wheat bread instead of white bread. I eat Kashi Go Lean cereal and watch portion sizes. And once in a while I treat myself. I too am a mother and want to lose the extra weight around my mid section. So far in the past week I have lost an inch!
