Hi, There are no real exercises that target belly fat specifically, spot reduction is really just a myth. The body uses the fat systematically, and usually in order, your belly being the last place to lose fat.

The main thing you want to really focus on is to keep a healthy diet plan that consists many fruits, leafy veggies and lean protein, add cardio of at least 15 minutes a day and light weight training. You will notice results, but it will really vary depending on your body type and your expectations.
