Will cutting out carbs and doing cardio alone get me a six pack or do I have to do the ab exercises?
I’m doing 2 out of three right now. Do I have to do the 3rd step in order to achieve the six pack abs? I do cardio everyday of some sort, and I’ve cut down on my carbs but will I need more? Will I need those ab exercises to get there or is that spot reducing which has been said that you can’t do to eliminate fat around the belly. Which one is it?
