How to lose belly fat?

I need to know what are some tips on foods/meals to minimize belly fat especially exercises that help and what machines I can use at the gym. I have been using the eliptical machinesa nd weights at the gym and I have lost weight in my arms and legs but my stomache needs major work…I heared I need to do cardio before working on my stomache but it doesnt seem to help What can I do?

Well If you haven’t had a kid, loosing belly fat is a breeze! Okay well not that easy. You’ll need to walk and do cardio work outs at least 3 or 4 times a week. It helps burn calories!
Also if you like swimming, that is a excellent work out for your whole body!

If cardio isn’t working you’re not doing enough to get the results you want, throw some crunches into the mix, do as many as nessacry only you will know if it’s effecting you.

As far as healthy eating, I love grilled or boiled chicken. When I grill my chicken I use different seasonings but always cook with a veggie such as onions mushrooms, tomoatos any one you like and it’s not bad for you
