What is the best exercise to lose belly fat? I have had 2 C-sections.?
Also, any tips on toning thigh area?
Cardio….cardio…cardio. If you do cardio it burns fat all over the body. In addition to the cardio, toning up your muscles by doing yoga…or my favorite belly dancing, it strengthens your core muscles, butt, thighs, and calves. Its a slow process, but the results are lean subtle curves and sexy legs. Sometimes I throw in a 20-30 minute ab-buster routine just for fun.
I walk 2 miles pushing a stroller four times a week and belly dance for an hour 2-3 times a week. I eat 6 healthy meals/snacks everyday and drink plenty of water. I’ve gone from a size 22/24 (236lbs) to size 11 (186lbs) in about a year and a half.
