Ways a 14 yr old girl can lose weight?
I am 14, 5′7 or so and i weigh about 160 pounds. I know i need to lose weight, so i am eating fruits and veggies (fresh not canned and soaked in syrup), I also started walking fior 45 minutes a day. I know at my age i can’t lift weights but what are more ways to lose the extra belly/thigh fat i have?
Also if it helps i have a size d cup, naturally.
