Tips to lose belly fat?
I’ve recently lost about 30 pounds (220 to about 188 in the last three months) using a treadmill and marching band. I’m almost to my goal weight (175-180), but I’ve seen the least noticeable difference in my stomach. It isn’t bad, but it’s there. I was just wondering if using a treadmill would eventually show a drastic change when it comes to belly fat, or if there was something more I needed to do. I’m not looking for a six-pack or something, just a flat stomach.
