losing stubborn belly fat

I work out daily and eat healthy, but what can i do to lose my stubborn belly fat? Any tricks?

I read the water and vinegar trick, has anyone tried it? I am in a wedding in june and want to look great. I also have heard of goji juice does that work? I do 8 min abs which i love, and it works, and i do 30 minutes at least a day of cardio…So any suggestion are helpful! I just want to lose 5-10lbs maximun.
I don’t drink soda or alcohal. I run on the treadmill 30 minutes daily and sometimes do a 30 minute cardio workout that i have on dvd. I haven’t heard anything new that i haven’t been doing. I have an excercise ball i love it. And i have been working out first thing in the morning, i drink alot of water. I am not fat i weigh about 135 lbs and i am 5 foot 6, but my stomach has always been hard for me to lose, i have a pouch of fat in my lower abdomen, which i can’t seem to rid! I have been cutting out alot of pre packaged foods and eating mostly fruits and vegetables. I cook healthily too. I don’t know what else to do…

You definitely have to try a Pilates class or get a Pilates DVD or VHS and work out to it. I have been trying to get rid of my belly fat for the past 3 years (since my son was born). Since I started going to a pilates class in February twice a week I have noticed a HUGE difference in the shape of my stomach, butt and legs. I am 5′6″ and started out at 130lbs and now weigh 121 lbs. I have lost 9 pounds in 3 months and I can wear clothes now that I wouldn’t have a couple of months ago. I also try to watch what I eat and drink water, water, water!!! There is no magic pill or supplement that is going to make you get rid of your weight…you just have to be willing to work hard for it.
