no more belly fat

How can i loose more belly fat?

In two weeks i will start school. I’ve been excersising on a stationary bike everyday for one mile and i’m burning 420 calories a day.. it’s been a week already and i havent seen any results.. i want to loose my belly! Please help, what more can i do??

i want to have a smaller pooch, cuz it’s summer and i pigged out too much if you know what i mean ;) lol..

also no mean comments.. thanx in advance!! :)

After you exercise be sure to stretch. Dont forget quality push-ups and sit-ups. I run cross country and do 30 push-ups and 150 crunches daily. Also, try doing ab workouts. Lay on your stomach like in push-up position and use your elbows to rais yourself from the ground. Make sure your back and butt are flat but up the ground. Time your self for 30 seconds tighten your abs but make sure your breathing.
