strength training lose belly fat

last layer of stomach fat?

I previously lost 20lbs. I still have a small layer of stomach fat. If I don’t pinch it it’s way less than one inch, but if I pinch it [it's all around the belly button area] there’s about 7 lbs of fat?Or 5?

What can I do about this? Other than HIIT and strength training.
About how long will this take?

to get defined abs you will need to do resistance training to your abs. also atleast 45 min cardio (run – jog) 5 days a week
