How to Lose belly fat?
I only have 30 minutes to workout every day, and I would like to use that time to do ab exercises. If I don’t eat between 3 main meals will I eventually lose all my fat but very slowly(with no cardio). Or should I spend 30 minutes on fat loss workouts and then focus on abs later? If so, is running on the treadmill good for losing fat?
U can’t choose where t fat goes from, but the best fat loss is HIIT, basically walk/run. & it can be done in less than 40 minutes.
