Chafing Treatment and Prevention

It is often possible to treat the touch of skin, and to prevent the occurrence in the first place. Some simple ways to prevent and treat disease:

Giving the skin a Chance to Heal
If your skin looks affected by friction, you must ensure you have a good chance to heal. Take time to exercise or any strenuous activity and allow the skin to soothe the self and healing.

Your skin will never heal if you continue so you can rub without being given the opportunity to heal.

Treat the area with the ointment

Use ointment or treatments such as Vaseline and Noxzema really help to soothe the affected area. They help keep the skin slippery, which allows the skin of the legs for example, to slip past each other rather than rubbing against each other. These treatments can be very cheap, however, are also very effective.

Wear loose clothing

This is a good idea to wear loose clothing as often as possible in order to prevent both, and help treat skin friction. If you're an athlete and it is necessary they wear tight clothes, try and make sure it is made from natural fibers such as how to help absorb sweat and keep it away from the skin. The main thing is to ensure your clothes do not absorb moisture and allow air to enter
