2. Lunges – For the buttocks
3. Bend the legs – For the interior section and hamstrings

For example, using the stairs instead of the elevator counts towards your step up exercises, and it is shown that people tend to burn 200-300 more calories every day just by doing this, which will be very effective at getting rid of that cellulite.

I regret to tell you this … Your cellulite will not go away, yes, but fat is fat is stored permanently in the blood vessels and will only get worse with age. surgery the only option is plastic, but that is not 100% successful. I'm so so sorry, but that's biology.
