How does one go about reducing cellulite in the thigh area?

If anyone here knows some daily exercises can be done to reduce cellulite in the butt / thigh area, let me know. Also, if one were to run the exercise and perhaps a day, about how long it need to start seeing results? Seriously, I need answers here!
