What about cellulite and discoloration?

I have a strange color cellulite in just "one" in the thigh. It looks almost bruised. I feel insecure about wearing dresses. Please explain why this discoloration is on one leg? The dark spots are so obvious as they are on top on cellulite! Please suggest a home remedy to remove at least fade? I know that cellulite is common in women, but what with the discoloration on one leg? Please help?

Hard to say why it is there – it would have to go to a dermatologist and find out what it is and how to get rid of it.
