what exercises do i need to strengthen the thighs and buttocks in 3 weeks?
i have very flabby legs and cellulite on them and I would know what I can do to look better in 3 weeks! I know for a short time, but a small change would help me now. I have a stationary bike that I use 3 times a week for 30-45 min / session, but I have not seen any improvement in the thighs or the outside / upper legs. I'm not fat and I know that getting rid of cellulite need a change in diet, but I can not get in 3 weeks, so I'm all alone in search of specific training and how often I have to say. perhaps u should know I have very weak knees so I can not start with something that pressures much or I'll fall on the floor crying in pain: P thanks in advance!
God had this problem and I hated it so difficult to turn to adjust. I glanced at a few fitness sites to see if they have something right and I also got a bike has helped strengthen my legs, but do not really pitch. Then I found this nifty little step cheap (often things chunks). Essentially simulates climbing stairs, but you can adjust the strength to make it harder. My God by a simple little thing is great! You can feel every muscle working around the thighs and ass. I try to do it for about 30 minutes a day and I'm noticing improvements.
