What is the best way to burn/lose belly fat?
I am on a calorie diet an so far so good i have lost ten pounds but i really want to focus on my belly fat.
Well the only exercise that helps with actually losing FAT are cardio workouts. This includes anything that makes you sweat heavily. Running, jogging, sports, etc.
You can’t just do crunches and lift weights to lose weight. This is only going to tone the muscles which could make that scale go up! Fat weighs a lot less than muscle. Also if you start to tone your ab muscles without losing any fat then it could actually make your stomach look bigger. This is because the muscles underneath the layer of fat are becoming tone and getting bigger in size, but the fat stays where it’s at.
DRINK A LOT OF WATER! Water is great for losing weight and flushing out your system of all the bad toxins that may get released during exercise.
