Why do skinny people have outte belly button and fat people have innie belly buttons?

I usually notice that skinny people with an outte are skinny and they usually stay that way no matter how much they eat, but people who have an innie are fat and they usually stat fat, or idk, it jus seems like if your born with an outte your gonna b skinny but if your born with and innie your gonna be fat

That’s wrong…i have friends (and myself) who have innies and are skinny, and outies who aren’t so skinny
