What is the best way to burn belly fat?
I’m 15 years old, and would like to burn some belly fat, so I can have a flatter tummy, and get rid of love handles. What would you recommend as being the best way to burn belly fat?

Well you can’t target weight loss off of only your stomach, but by following a fat burning schedule of both diet and exercise, you will loose that unwanted fat and retain the muscle which will help you keep it off. You can loose 1-2 pds per week pretty easily, just stay consistent. Let me break it down into two categories of weight loss, exercise, and diet.
Exercise:
Exercise is the only effective way to increase your metabolism, burning calories for as long as 24 hours after the workout was performed. Make yourself a workout program, and start slow, setting goals which get progressively harder. When setting goals, give yourself a date you want the goal to be accomplished by, that way you push yourself harder. Don’t make your goals a loss of a certain amount of pounds. Instead, make it running a mile without stopping at a certain pace, or make your goal to simply workout for a certain amount of time. Once you get used to exercise, and start to see yourself getting more fit, increase the intensity of your exercise. The higher the intensity, the more calories you burn.
Diet:
Diet is just as important as exercise because this is where you ensure you loose the weight. You MUST eat less than you burn, or else you will not have the potential to loose weight. Reduce your calories by about 20% initially, and see if you begin to loose weight. If not, then drop your calories an additional 5-10%, continue this process until you get into the range of loosing 1-3 pds per week. This is the quickest way to stay healthy while loosing weight, and maintain it long term. What you eat is important too, you should reduce your carb intake (pastas, breads, cereals, sodas) and replace them with protein and fats. Your diet should be no more than 40% carbs, potentially even less. Fats are ESSENTIAL when trying to loose weight, because they teach your body to use fat as fuel. Your diet should be no less than 20% fats. Finally, protein is vital when you are loosing weight, as it is low in calories but at the same time digests slow, keeping you full longer. Your protein should consist of at least 40% protein.
