I have a horizontal line below my bust, about four inches above my belly button. Will it go away?

I have a horizontal line below my chest. about four inches above my belly button. Will it go away?

I think its because i was a bit overweight and there was a flap of fat resting under my bust and it created a crease on my skin.

Now that i’m losing weight, im afraid that the crease won’t go away.

If anyone knows: will it go away? or how can i make it go away?
