The appearance of cellulite after weight loss?

I realize this is more of a "diet and fitness" type of question, but I think I'll get better answers here … I have cellulite in the buttocks and some on the backs of my thighs. I am about 10-20 pounds overweight, and I wonder whether weight loss reduces the appearance of cellulite at all. I'm assuming that the exercise / toning would help a little, but I realize that there is nothing (or even plastic surgery) that can "cure cellulite. Does anyone out there that cellulite has been a reduction in their appearance after losing a little weight? Less dimpling, etc.? Ok, thanks, but no need to cut and paste information from an article on celluite …. I wonder if any woman noted a reduction in the appearance of cellulite after weight loss. That's all.

Hello 1024, I had cellulite, and now looks better. The I did lose weight, but not necessary and sufficient. I exercise every day but only in my room, and I'm trying to eat healthy, but something seemed work better. I usually use a sponge to exfoliate in shower and finish my hot shower with cold water. It is best if you can go to the sauna and shower there is not. I do not we can get rid of it completely, but it will help much. Oh, and I also run with aluminum foil (or plastic bag of groceries) around the thighs and my ass and construction. Good luck, but do not worry, everyone has it!
