Cardio is a great way to reduce cellulite (eg running, climbing stairs, anything that gets your heart pumping hard). Mine is gone, but let me warn you ahead, it takes a long time. Cellulite does not disappear complete, but the reduction is possible. There are creams that can be used as well. I've been using L'Oreal Sublime, and it works pretty well, though you do not have to spend more money on the night cream. just use the day cream twice a day. Another great exercise you can do is the reverse is thrown out of step with the weight (if available).
