how can i loose belly fat fast?
wat kinds of foods nd wat type pf exercises can i do? the rest of my body is fine i just got a little gut.
I prefer to do sit ups since it’ll help your stomach go like “flatter” and probably you could like balance what you’re eating…..like eat french fries or hamburger less often or chips or something like that…? Running also works i run like a mile every friday so yeah, and don’t worry about sweating too much coz that’s totally good, that meanzz you’re losing those fats
