How do you lose your lower belly fat?

I’m thinking of modeling…I’m 15, 5′7 and 125 pounds. I’m flat and fit (I play soccer and take phys.ed), but the problem is that I have a large rib cage. Some of my rib is already exposed and if I lose anymore weight my ribs will be completely exposed :S I have some fat on my lower belly that I’d like to lose. What exercises can I do that’s concentrates on losing the lower belly fat?

You need to make sure that you follow a balanced diet, and follow an exercise routine to target the lower abs. This will help build your lower ab muscles.

Fat around the belly is the hardest to lose, but you can do it. Get to the gym and work those muscles. It will help a lot.

I suggest a stability ball. Also, I don’t recommend starting out with weights just yet. You need to be able to control your own body first.
