beer belly fat
What is the reason for extra belly fat in diabetics?
My stomach use to be almost concave, but since I’ve been diagnosed with diabetes, my lower belly has grown by leaps and bounds, like a beer belly, all flab. I don’t drink any alcohol, but as I get older, it’s blossomed out like a balloon, to the point my clothes don’t even fit properly. Does anyone know the reason? My doctor says it’s common with diabetes and doesn’t seem to be concerned, but I hate it and would like to know why this is happening.
the medications and especially the insulins turn excess carbohydrates into fat and pack it on our midsections.
to prevent the problem or get rid of it, cut grams of carbohydrate to a minimum and do more midsection stretching and movements so it maybe will go away.
I hate it too!
