Cellulite in the thighs?

Literally I had cellulite on the legs since I was twelve or thirteen years and has gotten worse and worse in recent years .. so I never know how to get rid of him. I used the creams and lotions and not, DO NOT WORK. no help at all. And yes yes yes I know I can never get rid entirely on it without surgery. But exercise will help you get rid of the appearance of most of it. I'm looking for some exercises that help my bottom, inside and out and especially hamstrings (in the butt) ..
