Is there a safe supplement to aid in reducing belly/core fat?
Since I’ve turned 50 (after 3 C-sections and a hysterectomy), I just keep getting fatter and fatter, with most of the weight concentrated around my middle/core area. Also the fat on my stomach is starting to hang over, like a curtain. I’m 5′7 and weigh 200 pounds. Any help or recommendations?
