How to lose stubborn belly fat?
I am on my high school swim team, I am very active and I eat very healthy. I swim 6 days a week for at least two hours, weight train twice a week, and try to squeeze a run in at least 3 times a week. I look great everywhere except my lower stomach. I even have upper abs. I really want to get rid of that lower belly fat, does anyone have some suggestions?
