I really need help with belly fat loss?

Hey there, I would really like to lose my extra belly fat. I am at a good weight, I am 16, male, and I weigh 130lbs and im 5′7. I have been doing weight training in the afternoons for the past 6 months, 2-3 times a week. I run anywhere from 4-8 times in a month, and it’s usually 6-10km. Im pretty fit as I also play soccer once a week. However, I cant lose that extra belly fat I have around my stomach, the rest of my body is fine. My diet consists of primarily proteins, carbs, and dairy products, and I make sure to have plenty of water throughtout the day, to eat in small meals, and to stop eating after 7:30pm or so.

What can you suggest? If you want my belly to be thin like it is in the morning, before I have breakfast. How can I achieve this? I am open to suggestions.

It sounds like you’re doing everything right..
Try doing some crunches – not too many, as it isn’t needed. That tones the muscles underneath the fat, but you have to do cardio to lose the fat; and since you’re only running 4-8x a month, you could probably step it up. Set aside the days you don’t do weights for cardio; though it doesn’t just have to be running. You can do the elliptical machine, ride a bike/stationary bike, do aerobics, dance, etc, etc.
