how do I get rid of belly fat after menopause?
I am 5′3″ and weight ranges between 123 and 125 on any given day. So I am not overweight, but I have this stubborn pot of belly fat that refuses to go away. My routine is to do 2 miles a day on treadmill doing sprints, cross over crunches for obliques, lift wieghts for my arms, and sit ups on excercise ball. But even with all this,it appears that i have about 3 pounds of body fat just sitting on my stomach. I eat healthy, about 1200 calories a day, mostly fruit/nuts/wheat bread/protein/low fat. What else do I need to do to get fid of this belly? I am 52 years old.
