How to burn my belly fat?
Okay, well I have a six pack, but its just covered by a tiny layer of fat, I have been working out for almost 1.5 months now, my pecs are still a bit flabby but my abs have come a long way, you can just see the 6 pack but the layer of fat just, well, kills it. I would say I have a just below average diet. I eat about 3 fruit/veg a day, I don’t drink a lot of water (I drink cordial), I eat about 1 chocolate bar each day, occasionally I have some crisp too. I have jam on white bread a lot too, but I eat egg and chicken and milk and cheese and other foods like that.
I am just wondering, how can I burn this layer of fat quickly? Cos to be honest, I have only wanted to get a better physique for 2 reasons:
1. To be more confident
2. To impress
What should I do? Change my diet, or do more working out, I workout for about 15 minutes twice a day?
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have

1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).

3. Target your problem areas with exercises.

stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
