About gaining belly fat?
I have read that if you don’t get enough protein that your body will hold on to fat is that possible because I’m skinny every where but my belly looks like I’m pregnant and i have started a exercise program and eating health to try and lose it but i never have been really good about eating things high in protein the only thing i eat with protein in it is dinner pretty much so can that be making me have this belly fat problem?
you should at least get checked by a gp, sometimes some meds are the cause like corticosteroids.

protein is not just in meat, it’s also in milk , and other dairy products like cottage cheese, you can get it in legumes like lentils and chickpeas / hummus, fish is high in protein as well
you can buy powdered egg whites and make your own smoothies at home with fresh or frozen fruits , ice, milk/soy milk and add flavors like vanilla to it
you can eat avocados which are rich in healthy types of fat as well as protein
you basically need to see a gp first then get a referral to a dietitian to help you make the right choices
