if i run everyday, will i lose my belly fat and will this tone it?
im actually really skinny, my only problem is that all the fat goes ro my stomach. i want a nice toned flat stomach for the summer. so if i run everyday will this work? it will also reduce stress right? i was actually born a really fast sprinter so is this a good idea?
Well don’t go sprinting miles and miles a day, but yes running will help and is probably the best exercise you can possibly do for weight loss. Try drinking a Lot more water as well. You may feel bloated at first, but you will then even out and lose weight you never could before. This is because drinking more water allows your liver and kidneys to work to their full potential instead of having to help each other out, and will allow fat, sodium, and other waste to fastly be pushed out of the body. This will make your stomach smaller, your face thinner and defined, and toned all over your body! Water really is amazing! So drink half your body weight in ounces (or more since your running) But no less than that. Eat healthy too. Good luck!
