Sudden belly fat gain without gaining any weight?

So three weeks ago, after I got my period, I went to the doctor because I had gotten a Urinary Tract Infection so she gave me Macrobid (antibiotic) to cure it. Now while I was on treatment I didnt feel any side affects. Every since last week i’ve been gaining belly fat out of nowhere. Lately i’ve been with nausea and a low appetite. Haven’t been eating much at all. I don’t think i’m bloated because it doesn’t feel like it usually does when I am. It’s squishy fat that I can grab and move up and down. I’m normally a very skinny person. I’m extremely short and I only weigh 87lbs. I loooovee to eat and keep it in my stomach so don’t come up with anorexia or bulimia. I don’t understand how I can gain fat without eating that much. Yes I am sexually active but I highly doubt i’m pregnant.
uhhh i don’t do ab workouts….i dont workout at all. i’m skinny as it is.

I’ve never heard of anything like this, but a pregnancy test wouldn’t hurt. Don’t bother with the expensive ones tho. The dollar store sells them for $1, and it’s the same one your dr. uses when you go into the office.
