workout for losing belly fat
roller skating and other workouts that help lose belly fat?
well i want to lose weight and did alot of research on exercises i want to lose belly fat but i want to make sure to not do any exercises that won’t help me. so far most things said “to lose belly fat you have to lose all the other fat like in the legs and stuff. i plan to roller skate alot. so will that help me. so if you have some experience in losing fat fast please tell me how you did it like tell about your work out
for example did you do lots of sit ups then went running or did you just jogged around alot and then do this and that
i would just like a workout plan that will help
Skating burns more calories than almost any other sport. It is pretty much even with running. You will tone up all your muscles from waist down and including your lower back. Like you say, it won’t flatten the belly until the weight just starts to come off. Sit ups are good for that, but like how many can you do and how many are needed to see results. On the other hand you can get on a paved bike trail and skate many miles. I do over 20 miles daily.
