It's hard to "target" certain parts of your body to lose weight on, but you can target points to gain muscle. So for exercises for parts you want to add muscle and start doing them. Also, the muscles (and abs) are not displayed unless you lose weight. In order for your abs to show, you have .. to be really thin which is why very few people have ABS.
